If your query isn't answered below, please see our Contact page to contact us with your query. My login from the old site doesn't work... We weren't able to transfer accounts from the old site to the new site, so you'll need to create a new login. Click on "Log in For Wholesale Access" above. Below the section for "Returning Customers: Please Log In" you'll find "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information". Fill in these details, including the Login Details (your email address becomes your login, plus you can choose your own password). Click on "Submit the Information" Your new online account will need to be approved before prices become visible. Account approvals take place during open hours. Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays and other closures. Do you sell direct to the public? We are an importer and wholesaler. We do not sell directly to the public. The description is giving carton packing quantities... I don't need a full carton. Packing quantity information is used by some of our customers who prefer to purchase full cartons. You can buy more or less as needed. Some items may need minimum quantities, which will be stated in the description. Some discounts are dependant on minimum quantities. This information should also be stated in the description. Is there a minimum total order quantity? There is no minimum total order, but we do charge freight, equal to the amount charged by our freight company. In checkout, "Payment by account terms"... what's that choice mean? These are terms we already have recorded in the office for existing customers. For existing customers... This may be COD, nett 30, pre-paid, buyer group or some other account terms. We'll use the account terms already in use in our accounting system. For new customers... this is dependant on our current procedures for new customers. Generally, freight will be calculated and a pro-forma sent for pre-payment.
